Popondetta is a company that develops a wide range of items related to trains, mainly model trains. They liked our design taste at the exhibition and asked us to work with them. They wanted stationery that would be accessible to people of all ages and both genders, while utilizing the enjoyment of trains, so we proposed items that are easy to use on a daily basis. We have incorporated a nostalgic air into the clean design. We tried to create a color scheme that would reflect the orange vermillion of the Chuo Line.
Product Details
The design on the cover of the memo pad square was inspired by the bricks of the elevated bridge at the old Bansebashi station. The inside design reflects the ideas that came up during the meeting with the person in charge of the project.
The impressive scenery and vehicles visible from the Chuo Line are individually hand-painted to express nostalgic warmth.
There are also book-shaped sticky notes that can be used for different purposes and masking tapes with many illustrations to enjoy. This series is filled with the wishes of the person in charge of the project, who hopes that this stationery will be a catalyst for communication

Unlike existing items, you are considering items and designs that even adults can pick up. It is impressive that the person in charge was very positive in the production and cooperated with us, and we were able to proceed smoothly, such as receiving ideas for the design. Originally, I wanted to expand it not only to the sales channels but also to miscellaneous goods, so I would be happy if it could be a good opportunity.
